How Does the Service Work?
The NMS is delivered in three stages:
Initial Consultation:
After receiving your new prescription, the pharmacist will explain how the medicine works, how to take it, and what to expect.
This can be done in person or over the phone.
Follow-Up Consultation (7-14 Days Later):
The pharmacist will check how you are getting on with the medication, address any concerns, and provide further advice if needed.
Final Consultation (14-21 Days Later):
A final review to ensure you are comfortable with your medication and to resolve any remaining issues.
